OFFICIAL RULES
for the
FROM DUSK TILL DAWN SITE CONTEST
ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter. The contest governed by these rules is open to all individuals internationally who are accessible to Dimension Films by postal couriers, except for employees of Dimension Films ("Dimension") and OBS (Open Book Systems) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, as may be supplemented from time to time.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must electronically respond with their name, address, e-mail address as set forth in the Entry Form page, and with such additional information as may be thereafter from time to time requested. OBS and Dimension Films reserve the right to, without notice, electronically block and/or dismiss (from then-current and future contests and give-aways) any entrants who in OBS or Dimension Films' judgment violate the provisions of these rules. All entries must be received by OBS by the end of the thirty-first day of January, 1995 (i.e. by 12:00 midnight New York Time). The Winner will be selected from among properly-completed and properly-submitted entries, on a selection date within 14 days of the closing of the contest, and will be notified on or about 14 days after the selection date. OBS and Dimension Films are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or unintelligible entries; or for printing or electronic errors in any advertisement, posting or rules.
PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded as announced in the individual contests. Certain blackout dates and lead time for prize fulfillment may be required. The total value of all prizes shall be less than $5000. Odds of winning in this contest depends upon the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL: All announced prizes will be awarded. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Determination of winner by Dimension Films is final. At Dimension Films' discretion, winner may be required to execute and return a signed affidavit of eligibility and non-liability/publicity release, in hard-copy form, within 10 days of the notification date, or prizes will be awarded to an alternate winner to be determined by subsequent judgement. All offers are subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws and are void where prohibited. By entering, participants agree to these rules and expressly consent to the use of their names, submissions, photographs and likenesses for news, information, publicity and advertising purposes by OBS and Dimension Films and its affiliates, without compensation.
OFFICIAL WINNERS LIST: An Official Winners List will be posted on the Internet at Open Book Systems (OBS) and made available upon request after February 14, 1996.
